The INT3GRAL3 vines are cultivated with natural techniques, such as green manure, which allow the vines to maintain the right balance between the vineyard itself and the environment that surrounds it.

The soft pressing maintains the freshness and
the aromas. The lees rest for 40 days, giving the products their fine bubbles.

Furthermore, thanks to the balanced residual sugar, the wine is suitable for any pairing.
